The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Jagdishpur P.S. Case No.383 of 2021 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail by contending that 07 litres of country made liquor is alleged to have been recovered from bush behind the house of the petitioner and petitioner is said to have escaped from the spot seeing the police. He also submits that the petitioner has got four criminal antecedents of same nature. Therefore, he does

Having considered the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
