The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

13.500 liters of illicit liquor has been recovered from a plastic bag and this petitioner is alleged to have thrown this bag in a bush after seeing the police team.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been made accused only on suspicion. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he claims clean antecedent.

Considering the nature of allegation and clean antecedent of petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks
