The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant with Farsa on his head and the corresponding injury was found and the Doctor opined that the injuries were dangerous to life but did not give his opinion about the nature of injuries. The injuries appear to be simple in nature. There is a counter version.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18723 of 2015 (2) dt.15-06-2015 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of Sri D.Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sadar Motihari, District-East Champaran in connection with Keshariya P.S. Case No. 281 of 2014, G.R. Case No. 5956 of 2014.
