2. The petitioner has preferred the present civil review application for review of the order dated 01.09.2023, passed in MJC No.386 of 2023, arising out of judgment dated 10.10.2022,

Patna High Court C. REV. No.36 of 2024(3) dt.14-11-2025 2/2 passed in CWJC No.5467 of 2020. From the record, it appears that against the order under contempt, passed in MJC No.386 of l2023, the petitioner had preferred SLA (C) No.22560 of 2023 wherein the petitioner has been given liberty to approach the High Court challenging the order of rejection of the representation. Instead of challenging the order of rejection of the representation, the petitioner has preferred the present civil review application which, in the opinion of this Court, is completely inappropriate; besides no error in the order, apparent on the face of the record.

3. After some argument, the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present civil review application with a liberty to challenge the order dated 08.12.2022, whereby the representation of the petitioner has been rejected, by filing appropriate writ petition.

4. In view thereof, the present civil review application stands dismissed with the liberty aforesaid.

5. Pending interlocutory application, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
