The petitioners seek bail in R.P.F. Danapur P.S. Case No. 309 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 153, 144, 147 and 159 of the Railway Act. The petitioners are alleged to have digging earth inside the premises of the railway.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of

No.18368 of 2015 (2) dt.15-06-2015 2/2 allegations made against the petitioners and the fact that the petitioners are in jail since 20.03.2015, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Ara in R.P.F.
