JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 23-05-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Aurangabad (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 42 of 2021 registered for the offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is one of the assailants, I am not inclined to grant bail to him. This application is dismissed.
