The petitioner seeks bail in Forbesganj (Simraha) P.S. Case No. 40 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 326 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and others are alleged to have assaulted the informant and others. The grievous injury was found on thumb, but no specific allegation of assault is made against the petitioner. There is a counter version which was lodged earlier.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in Forbesganj (Simraha) P.S. Case No. 40 of 2015.
