Patna High Court CWJC No.20991 of 2018(2) dt.06-01-2020 2/2 "For issuance of a writ or writs in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent authorities specially Respondent No.2 Bihar Madarsa Education Board, Patna (hereafter called Board) to cancel the Hidayatul Muslemin Madarsa School bearing Registration no.609/490 situated at village- Parsa, P.S. Raj Nagar, DistrictMadhubani on the basis of its false and illegal documents and recommendation of the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Madhubani for its cancellation through Memo no. 1223 dated 01.08.2018 (Annexure-8)."
