09-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

The petitioner, who is in custody since 01-02-2015 in Complaint Case No. 1233 of 2012/Tr. No. 1262 of 2014 registered for the offence under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 & 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, has prayed for grant of bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though, the petitioner is husband of the complainant, he has falsely been implicated in the present case.

Be that as it may, keeping in view the fact that the

No.19251 of 2015 (5) dt.09-10-2015 2/2 petitioner is in custody since 01-02-2015 and the nature of accusation, let the petitioner namely Nishant Choudhary @ Nisan Choudhary be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur/concerned court in connection with Complaint Case No. 1233 of 2012/Tr. No. 1262 of 2014.
