In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sandesh P.S. Case No. 82 of 2015 for offence under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code. As per claim of the learned counsel for the petitioner, on the date of alleged occurrence, the petitioner was juvenile and, in support of the same, he has placed reliance on the matriculation certificate of the petitioner according to which the date of birth of the petitioner is 15th September, 1998.

In such view of the matter, the petitioner should approach to the Juvenile Board under the Juvenile Justice Act. (Shivaji Pandey, J) Rishi/- U T
