JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 09-03-2016 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 12.02.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46730 of 2015. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that in the prayer portion of the said petition, the words "Sri Satyendra Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Purnea" have wrongly been typed in place of "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea". Due to that reason, in the order dated 12.02.2016 of Cr. Misc. No. 46730 of 2015, the words "Sri Satyendra Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Purnea has been typed in place of "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea".

In view of the above submission, the modification application is allowed. In the last paragraph of the order dated 12.02.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46730 of 2015, let the words "Sri Satyendra Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Purnea be corrected to be read as "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea" in connection with K. Nagar P.S.
