The petitioner is in custody in connection with Maniyari P.S. Case No. 321 of 2021 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Considering the fact that the petitioner, above-named, is in custody since 14.11.2021, he is directed to be released on bail, after framing of charge as he has antecedent of similar nature, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Muzaffarpur in connection with Maniyari P.S.
