Petitioner happens to be brother of co-accused, Chhotan Pandey, against whom there is allegation of kidnapping. No doubt, the victim has not been recovered as yet but it is admitted case of the informant that after missing of the victim when he visited the house of the petitioner, the petitioner was found present at his home.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
