JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 17-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Five bail petitions are being heard together and disposed of by common order as five cases arise in connection with Ariyari P.S. Case No. 173 of 2014 registered under Sections 399, 402, 292, 467, 468, 419, 420 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code. There is allegation that on getting secret information, police proceeded and apprehended Umesh, Mithilesh, Saurabh and Neeraj However, it is alleged that Piyus Kumar Singh fleeing

away and apprehended and disclosed the names of other coaccused persons. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is only recovery of mobile set, A.T.M. Card, Driving licence etc. from the possession of these petitioners.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate/Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura, in connection with Ariyari P.S. Case No. 173 of 2014.
