In course of investigation, name of the petitioner came in this case and subsequently, the petitioner was arrested and confessed his guilt, stating that having obtained the I.D. card of one, Shatrughan Bhagat, he as well as co-accused got issued a sim card in his name and the said sim card was used in the present crime. Moreover, the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 27-12-2015. Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection
