The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. The petitioner is alleged to have fired causing injury to Kanchan Devi in her abdomen. The injury is opined to be grievous in nature.

It is submitted that on account of dispute the occurrence took place. There is no repetition of firing. The informant compromised the case.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner has already remained in jail for more than seven months, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18375 of 2015 (4) dt.08-09-2015 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in Mahishi P.S. Case No. 64 of 2014.
