JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 28-09-2022 Though the present writ petition was filed for removing the encroachment made over the plot in question and an Encroachment case no. 03 of 2019-20 was also initiated by the Circle officer, Parsa, Saran i.e. the respondent no. 4, however, the respondents have filed a counter affidavit, wherein it has been stated that a Title Suit bearing Title Suit no. 88 of 2021 has been filed before the learned court of Sub Judge-1st, Saran, who has been pleased to pass an order directing the
Patna High Court CWJC No.2879 of 2020(2) dt.28-09-2022 2/2 parties to maintain status quo.
