2. However, on perusal of the relief portion, it is evident that the Writ petition is filed to quash the letter dated 26.06.2018 issued by the Senior Manager, Union Bank of India which itself shows that the matter relates to the Banking Laws and Companies Act.

3. However, for giving a fair opportunity to hear the Learned counsel for the petitioner, list on 05.08.2025 as a last indulgence."
