JUSTICE PARTHA SARTHY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 15-11-2022 Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- "I.That the present writ application is being filed by the petitioner for quashing of the letter dated 23.10.2018, issued under the signature of Chief Regional Manager (Retail), Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd., (herein after to be referred as Corporation) Begusarai, whereby and whereunder the complaint dated 02.10.2018, filed by the petitioner in connection with grant of RO dealership at within 2 km from Khiram Chawk towards Keoti on NH-105, situated in Darbhanga District under SC category, has been rejected without appreciating the facts as well as

II. That the petitioner further prays for direction upon the concerned respondents to consider the land offered by the petitioner in connection with the grant of aforesaid dealership in accordance with law and further to grant the RO dealership for the place in question to the petitioner and for any other relief or reliefs as this Hon'ble Court find fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

Learned counsel for the petitioner, under instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, reserving liberty to approach respondent No. 3, namely, the Chief Regional Manager, (Retail) Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd., Retail Regional Office, Harhar Mahadev Chauk, Begusarai.

Prayer allowed.

Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
