The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 109/2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323/341/307/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. In view of the fact that the petitioner is a lady and her statement that the occurrence took place because of the illegal activities of the prosecution, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on
