JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-04-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.That this is an application on behalf of the petitioner for issuance of an appropriate writ(s) order(s) direction(s) for commanding and directing the respondent authority to implement the order dated 12.10.2015 passed in Land Measurement Record no. 50/15-16 passed by the Circle Officer Dhamdaha, District- Purnea in true sense and spirit and be further pleased to direct them to remove the encroachment made by the respondent no. 6 over the land of Mauja Dhamdaha, Thana No. 142

Patna High Court CWJC No.14701 of 2016(2) dt.04-04-2023 2/2 Khata No. 557 Plot No. 227, area about 886 square ft. which is evident from the measurement report of the Circle Amin Dhamdaha dated 26.09.2015 which was done by the Circle Amin, Dhamdaha in complaiance of the order dated 15/06/2015 passed in Measurement Record no. 50/15-16 in presence of the respondent no. 6 as well as co-villagers and after proper measurement they have also put their signature."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies, as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
