The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered under Sections 328, 302 & 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that his maternal aunt Mehnaz Begum, the kept of the petitioner, used to assault her. The informant alleged that Mehnaz Begum poisoned her maternal aunt to death. It appears that Mehnaz Begum, the wife of Ejaj Alam (the petitioner), has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17734/2014. The case of the petitioner stands on better footing.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions
