The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Buxar(M) P.S. Case No.274 of 2018 registered under Section 7 of E.C. Act and under Section 3 of National Food Security Act, 2013. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the owner of the tractor. Tunna Sah hired the tractor for transporting the foodgrains. The driver of the tractor also disclosed this fact. The P.D.S. dealer, Shiv Prasad Sah has already been granted anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the
