The petitioner is in custody in connection with G.O. Case No. 396 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a) and 32(3) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Considering the fact that the petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 14.12.2021, this application is allowed. The petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani in connection with G.O.
