This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Sahar P.S. Case No.117 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 307, 506 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is said to have fired upon the husband of the informant.

The petitioner is in custody since 05.10.2023.

Considering the period of custody of the petitioner, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, in connection with Sahar P.S. Case No.117 of 2024.
