Petitioner is not named in the first information report nor any looted articles appears to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and so far as recovery of mobile is concerned, the same appears to have been recovered from possession of another accused.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar in connection with Sheohar P.S.Case No. 84 of 2015.
