2. After some arguments learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition be disposed of with liberty to move before the State Appellate Authority against the order dated 24.01.2017 passed by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Supaul in Appeal No. 208 of 2009.

3. Learned counsel for the State does not object.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty aforesaid.
