The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Phulwari P.S. Case No. 735 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 379, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 26(a), 27, 21(a), 22, 33(2), 4/40 of Bihar Minor Minerals Concession Rules, 1972.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he was running brick-kiln without proper document.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He further submits that the petitioner has deposited Rs. 1,24,000/- on 23.01.2020 in compliance of the demand raised in connection with the case. Considering the aforesaid, the petitioner named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7017 of 2020(2) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 within one month from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-IX, Patna in connection with Phulwari P.S.
