Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 392 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is not named in the first information report and it appears that name of the petitioner came in this case only on the ground that he is active member of organized criminal gang led by one Sujit Kumar Verma who was, later on, arrested and disclosed the name of the petitioner and also accepting his guilt in connection with the present case and it appears that except the above stated materials as well as some criminal antecedent, there is nothing against the petitioner.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 27.10.2015 and up till now, T.I. Parade of the petitioner has not been arranged by the concerned I.O.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11571 of 2016 (2) dt.15-03-2016 Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in Aurangabad (M) P.S.
