JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-07-2022 The present petition has been filed for restoration of a contempt petition bearing M. J.C. No. 2225 of 2019, which has stood dismissed on account of non-appearance of the learned counsel for the petitioner, by an order dated 8.12.2021.

Patna High Court MJC No.82 of 2022(2) dt.20-07-2022 2/2 The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that on account of certain personal constraints, he could not attend the said case, hence a sympathetic view be taken and the contempt petition be restored.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is allowed and the aforesaid contempt petition bearing M. J.C. No. 2225 of 2019 is restored to its original file.
