ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 04-07-2023 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has stated that the Principal Secretary, Food and Consumer Protection Department, Government of Bihar under Rule 32(VII) has the power to entertain the application either suo motu or on a representation against an order passed by the Divisional Commissioner or the District Officer or the Licensing Authority or the Sub-divisional Officer. Having regard to the same, the petitioner is directed to approach the Principal Secretary for ventilating his grievance against the impugned order and on such application being filed, the same shall be dealt with on its own merits. It is needless to mention that before passing any order, the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. The entire exercise will be completed within a period of three months from the date of filing of the application by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.2108 of 2023(4) dt.04-07-2023 2/2 petitioner. The Petitioner is granted time of 15 days from today for filing the application.
