Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 400, 414 of the Indian Penal Code as well as sections 25 (I-B) A, 26,35 of the Arms Act.

One country made katta and one cartridge are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 13.10.2015. Although petitioner was earlier made accused in near about five cases but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that he was made accused in almost all cases which had been registered against unknown persons and moreover, no case of Arms Act was registered against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10990 of 2016 (2) dt.09-03-2016 petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in Madhubani Town P.S. Case no. 444/2015.
