For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the respondents particularly the respondent no. 1 to 4 to remove/vacate an encroachment made by the respondent no. 5 to 8 upon the land situated under MauzaMunda, Thana No. 102, Khata No. 170,

Patna High Court CWJC No.20975 of 2018(2) dt.06-09-2022 2/3 Plot No. 1402 and 1418 under the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act and other persons also who have encroached the Government Land (Aam Gairmajarua Land) public road situated under Mauza-Munda, Thana No. 102, Khata No. 170, Plot No. 1402 and 1418 comes under the jurisdiction of Circle Office, Areraj East Champaran (ii) For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to remove the encroachment under the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act earliest as possible earlier and also to remove the encroachment from the Government land (Aam Gairmajarua Land) public road situated under Mauza-Munda, Thana No. 102, Khata No. 170, Plot No. 1402 and 1418 comes under the jurisdiction of Circle Office, Areraj East Champaran."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Areraj, District-East Champaran for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
