Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Giriyak (Pawapuri) P.S. Case No.553 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468 and 477(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation against the petitioner is of committing interpolation in his service book.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioners has got no criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph-3 of the bail application. It is further submitted that the petitioner has never forged or fabricated any document so no case under Sections 467/468 IPC is made out. It

The learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda in connection with Giriyak (Pawapuri) P.S.
