JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as leaned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Kotwa P.S. Case No. 65 of 2014 was registered against unknown and in course of investigation of the aforesaid case, looted article was recovered and one accused was arrested and confessed his guilt disclosing the name of petitioner and several others and after that, the petitioner and some others were arrested and allegedly, one country-made loaded Katta was recovered from possession of the petitioner. Admittedly, for the alleged offence of loot, a separate case has been registered and so far as the present case is concerned; the petitioner is in jail custody since 05-06-2014 for recovery of above-said country

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3217 of 2015 (4) dt.20-04-2015 made loaded Katta.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kotwa P.S. Case No. 66 of 2014 to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Motihari.
