JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 05-03-2021 Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within four weeks after start of normal functioning of the Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application in order to enable him to file a fresh application renewing his prayer for bail in the learned court below itself in view of the observations of the learned court below in its order dated 04.01.2021 passed in Excise Case No. 337 of 2020.
