The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the husband and he is in jail since 10.12.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than six months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri R.K.Pandey, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gopalganj in connection with Complaint Case No. 1267 of 2013, Tr. No. 3339/2014.
