2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that against the impugned order contained in Memo No. 4611 dated 04.11.2016 passed by the respondent no. 6, he has already preferred an appeal before the respondent no. 2 but the same is still pending. He submitted that the respondent no. 2 be directed to dispose

Patna High Court CWJC No.4160 of 2017 dt.10-04-2017 2/2 off the appeal expeditiously.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents do not object.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 2 to dispose off Appeal No. 40 of 2016 pending before him expeditiously and in any case, within two weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order before him.

5. It is made clear that because the matter remained pending before the respondent no. 2, the petitioner shall not be prejudiced or made to suffer on account of the order having been passed after 19.04.2017, which is the last date for submission of the forms for Madhyama examination of the year 2017.
