JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-01-2020 This is an application for grant of regular bail in connection with Saharsa Special (Excise) Case No. 598 of 2019, disclosing offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Recovery of 12 liters of liquor from the house of the petitioner. Apart from that he is accused in two other cases. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody since 05.12.2019. He has falsely been implicated in this case.

Having heard both sides, in view of the submissions, made above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. However, once the charge has been framed or
