The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation in the FIR, the motorcycle of the informant was stolen by unknown persons. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was remanded in this case on 28.9.2020 on the basis of his own confessional statement recorded by the police in one another case. No incriminating article has been recovered from the petitioner's possession and the investigation in the case has concluded.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case including no incriminating article having been recovered from the petitioner's possession and the petitioner having remained in custody since 28.9.2020, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Ram Nagar P.S. Case no. 165 of 2019 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagha, West Champaran.
