JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-12-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(A) For commanding the respondents Director General, Vigilance Investigation Bureau, Bihar, Patna to inquire into the matter after lodging FIR about misappropriation of the public money in crores and crores illegal payment of salary in favour of Sudhir Kumar Singh respondent no. 16 illegally withdrawal of money from Agriculture Industries Research Institute, ATARI Zone-IV, Patna, role of Director Agriculture Industries Research Institute namely Dr. Anjani Kumar and Dr. Rameshwar Singh, Vice Chancellor, Bihar Animal Science University, Patna and persons concerned.
(B) Also commanding the respondents to ensure functioning of Agriculture Science Centre as usual. (C) Also commanding the respondents to recover the defalcated amount from the persons involved in order to compensate the loss of public money." At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Director General, Indian Council of Agricultural Research Krishi Bhawan, New Delhi for redressal of his aforesaid grievances.
