The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 132 of 2019, registered under Sections 498(A), 323, 504, 506, 341 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The accusation is that informant Rani Kumari, after marriage with Shushil Kumar Sinha, went to her matrimonial house, where she lived for three months. In the meantime, her husband Shushil Kumar Sinha, brother-in-laws Arun Prasad and Siyasharan Prasad, Gotni Niha Sinha (petitioner) and Chandrika Kumari started teasing her for nonproviding of proper articles, in dowry, and they demanded

While on three occasions, the panchayati was convened, but there was no improvement. Later on, the matter was compromised in the Police Station. Subsequently, on 30.06.2019, she went to her matrimonial house, where she was being treated as maid in the house. On 21.08.2019, she saw her husband Shushil Kumar Sinha in objectionable condition with her Gotni Neha Sinha (petitioner) due to that reason, her husband and petitioner started causing assault to her. At that time, her brother in law caught hold her leg and her husband administered poison to her. Later on, she was rushed to hospital in unconscious state and when she regained her consciousness, she lodged the case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the Gotni of the informant and due to misconception regarding illicit relation by the petitioner with her husband, she has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and she is in custody since 20.11.2019.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten
