2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Amnaur P.S. Case No. 319 of 2024, a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a), 33, 34 and 47 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, total 40 litres of illicit has been recovered from a motorcycle.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery nor he is owner of the seized motorcycle. Petitioner has got six criminal antecedents of similar nature.

5. Learned counsel for the State has opposed the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2356 of 2025(2) dt.15-02-2025 2/2 prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that petitioner is involved in the business of illicit liquor.

6. Considering the aforesaid fact of the case and also petitioner has six criminal antecedents, this pre-arrest bail petition is dismissed.
