Case No. 233 of 2014 registered under Section-302of the Indian Penal Code and accordingly, both the above-said petitions are being heard and disposed of by this common order. Heard learned counsels for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19856 of 2015 (3) dt.01-10-2015 2/2 Petitioners are not named and it appears that in course of investigation, name of petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 19856 of 2015 came in this case on the basis of information, furnished by spy of police and thereafter, petitioner was arrested and on the basis of his confessional statement, not only name of petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 22908 of 2015 came in this case but allegedly, some cash was also recovered from the house of the petitioner in Cr. Misc. No. 19856 of 2015.
Considering the above-said submission as well as facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 233 of 2014 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
