The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 215 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding the accused persons having killed the deceased victim lady on account of non-fulfillment of demand for dowry.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioners are having a clean antecedent and are languishing in custody since 18.11.2019.
