2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per F.I.R. itself, specific accusation of assault is against other co-accused persons. So far as this petitioner is concerned, there is general and omnibus allegation. It further appears from the F.I.R. that harvesting of crops led to an altercation between the parties, in which, both sides sustained injuries. Case and counter case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - VI, Gaya in connection with Alipur P.S. Case No. 51 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
