In this case the petitioner is seeking bail in Alamganj P.S. Case No. 27 of 2015 registered under Sections 323, 354 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Sections 6/7 of the POCSO Act.

As per the First Information Report the present petitioner was trying to outrage the modesty of the daughter of the informant and later on allegation has been made that the petitioner along with two of his associates went to the shop and threatened for kidnapping of his daughter. The informant informed this incident to the parents of the petitioner. When the informant was returning, petitioner, the wife of Ramchandra Paswan and Munna

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the same day there was quarrel between mother of the petitioner and wife of the informant on account of dumping of garbage over the roof of the house of the petitioner and mother of the petitioner was assaulted very severely and later on she was admitted in the N.M.C.H., Patna where she was treated.

Looking to the nature of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J., 1st, Patna, in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 27 of 2015.
