The present MJC is filed for restoration of MJC No. 5475 of 2012 stating therein that the connected case has been dismissed due to non prosecution on account of non appearance of the learned counsel.

It appears that MJC No. 5475 of 2012 has been dismissed on merit by order dated 30.10.2013. In this view of the fact, I find that the present MJC filed for restoration of MJC No. 5475 of 2012 is not maintainable and the same is, accordingly, dismissed. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) BKS/- U
