04-04-2019 Sri Sudama Singh, learned counsel assisted by Sri Arun Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of Sri Tapeshwar Sharma, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, after some argument, requests for disposal of the present anticipatory bail petition. He submits that other three accused persons of the same case i.e. mother-in-law and wife of the petitioner were granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 09-10-2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51897 of 2018. Similarly, one of the brother of the petitioner has also been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail, vide order dated 26-10-2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 58500 of 2018. However, he requests for disposal of the present anticipatory bail petition so that petitioner may
