The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Baheri P.S. Case No.319 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is said to have got appointment on the post of Sevika by submitting fake certificate. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph-3 of the bail petition. It is further submitted that the petitioner has already been dismissed from service as stated in paragraph-14 of the bail petition.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4902 of 2023(2) dt.07-04-2023 2/2 Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Taking into consideration the fact that petitioner has already been dismissed from service, let petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VII, Darbhanga in connection with Baheri P.S.
